Choosing the Right Shipping Method

The choice between FCL (Full Container Load) and OOG (Out of Gauge) depends entirely on the physical dimensions of your reflectors. FCL (Full Container Load)

Suitable for reflectors fitting within standard 20ft or 40ft containers. Most cost-effective.

Packaging:

Crating: Use sturdy wooden crates custom-fitted to the reflector's shape.
Padding: Employ impact-resistant foam, bubble wrap, or air pillows to prevent damage during transit. Ensure complete enclosure to minimize movement.
Bracing: Internally brace the reflector within the crate using wooden supports to prevent shifting. Consider using straps or tie-downs for added security.
Securing: Secure the crate to a pallet using appropriate fasteners.

OOG (Out of Gauge)

Heavy-Duty Strapping: Secure the reflector to the flat rack or cradle using heavy-duty straps.

Breakbulk Shipment
